I decided to make a set of the letters my girlfriend has sent to me, they are always so pretty and I love reading the things she writes. I think, if she were to send me a letter written on the back of a napkin, I would find the same intricate love she has put into writing these. There is a certain quality that special paper or nicely written words can’t produce. She writes her emotions onto the page, but something about creating a feeling with words is what makes it amazing, and authenticity is what makes her special; she’s completely real to me. I never knew a type of love like hers existed before I met her, and I want to return the feeling.
So, I wanted to make these public without revealing anything personal. She’s incredibly talented and always leaves me in awe at how amazing her artwork is, reading her letters brings a little peace to my life.
Thank you for the letters, my love.
"If you can just stop loving her then you never really loved her at all. Love doesn’t work that way. If you ever truly love someone, then it never goes away. It can become something else. There are all different sorts of love. It can even become hate—a thin line and all that—and, really, hate is just another kind of caring."
